Brain Care

Taking care of your brain is very important especially as we age.

Here are four keys to a healthy brain.
1. Stay active. movement and exercises improves cognitive function. Exercise increases blood flow to the brain.

2. Get your proper amount of sleep. The brain moves memories into long-term storage during deep sleep. If this process is interrupted it can interfer with this process.

3. B vitamins are important especially vitamin B-12. Take Cataplex B and G to get the proper amounts of B vitamins.

4. Be careful on your medications. Some medications can cloud your brain activities.
