Fear

I was reading Richard Flint's e-mail about fear. As you watch T.V. , read the news paper, pull up to the gas pumps, and watch your investments dwindle does this create some fear? There seems to be a great need for people today to understand that fear does exist and to have a plan to help them through it. Fear creates stress and robs you of a lot of energy and good health. What do you think we should be doing about fear?

Almost everyday I enjoy helping patients to wellness, a new patient will enter my office for their first time. Most of these new patients are afraid and very nervous. After their first adjustment most will comment is that it? What have you heard and what keeps you from getting your nervous system checked out? It will likely amaze you and surprise you. Inner Balance

Ever thought about what it takes to have inner balance? From your basic body part the human cell to the organ and body systems. Each of these function in a certain way and need balance for you to function properly. When disease or symptoms arise you have cells, organs and systems of your body that are out of balance. Look at what you're are eating, how much exercise you are doing, and how positive your mind has been thinking. Each of these three components have a huge impact on your wellness and inner balance. Achieving inner balance should be one of your wellness goals.
