I need help! is one of the biggest statements my patients make. They are tired of being tired. They are achy ,overweight and lacking energy. I will share with you some great ways to get your health back and start adding years to your life and life to your years in the coming weeks.
Just to get you started today. Find some paper ,a note pad, or anything to write in. We will call this a journal. Take time to write in your journal all the wonderful things you like about yourself. Remember God didn't make anyone perfect. You have two eyes and can see, a mouth with teeth to chew, two lungs to breath, and a heart to pump blood. These are just a few things to think about to get you started. Try to come up with ten things that you like about yourself.
Having an attitude of gratitude is where good health begins.
