People are always looking for the best doctors. I wish everyone would just look in the mirror. Yes, if you looked, it would be you. Everyday you are treating yourself. What you eat, how you exercise, how you sleep, how much stress you carry are all the most important daily treatments that will effect your life. When you begin to doctor yourself better, only then will your life and health improve.
If you're waking up tired, feel stressed, overweight, have digestion problems, have high blood pressure or high cholesterol, taking medications, then its time to start changing some of those habits.
Why can't you become the best Doctor?
