Vitamin Myths and Truths

Many labels can fool the average consumer when buying vitamins.Just because a label says that it is natural or organic doesn't mean it is good. It can have one organic or natural ingredient in it and ten other synthetic and artificial ingredients and the label can still say organic or natural.

#4 MYTH: All Organic and Natural Vitamins Are Good.

The F.D.A. has no absolute definition of natural.Many vitamin companies use a very small amounts plant extracts that are natural or organic, but are then packed with a lot of artificially derived chemical additives.
