What's Up Doc?

When it comes to good nutrition for the eyes, Popeye tops Bugs Bunny.

While good for your eyes, carrots aren't as powerful as spinach. Research shows that more protective benefits come from the lutein found in spinach than the beta-carotene found in carrots.

I would include both of these vegetables in your daily diet along with others and make sure you find time to include at least seven servings of these great vegetables everyday.(one cup equals one serving)
