"Chronic Pain"

According to a 2008 study published in BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders, a connection exists between physical inactivity and chronic musculoskeletal complaints. The study concluded that physcial exercise was found to lower the incidense of chronic pain.

Here is one more reason to exercise. I have found in my practice that the majority of chronic pain patients are the least active when it comes to exercise.

If you are suffering from backpain, arthritis, neck pain, fatigue, depression, or overweight, find some type of exercise that works best for you.
