If you're running around all day trying to fulfill a seemingly endless list of responsibilities, you could be on the verge of a stress-induced breakdown. Before that happens, take five minutes out of your busy schedule for one of these quick de-stressors.
1. Get moving - Any form of daily exercise can be extremely beneficial. Endorphins are triggered to be released into your body during exercise. These hormones are mood lifting and can add a great feeling and energy to your body.
2. Get some sun - The sun can provide a good amount of needed vitamin D. It also enhances serotonin which is a chemical that stabilizes your moods.
3.Laugh a little - Many studies show that laughing can lower the levels of cortisol which is a stress hormone.
